An important part of our comprehensive assessment process is gathering questionnaires and interview data not just from you but also from another person who knows you well. This provides us with vital information from another perspective. Your secondary responder will be emailed questionnaires to complete and asked to participate in a 2hour zoom interview. A Secondary Responder is a parent, partner, sibling, other relative or long-time friend – basically anyone who knows you really well and for a significant period of time.
We do not have physical offices. We provide online assessment services to adult residents of Ontario and British Columbia. All of your interviews will be conducted via private meeting room in Zoom.

No, we are unable to bill insurance companies directly so you will need to submit your invoice for reimbursement following payment.
We typically send out one complete invoice which lists all appointments and services and total amounts owing for the assessment process a few days before your scheduled feedback appointment. If you are billing any of the assessment cost under a secondary reporter we send out one complete invoice for them as well. We ask that you try to pay the invoices prior to your feedback session so that the final report can be sent to you immediately. Reports are not released until payment has been made in full.
Check with your provider to see if you have coverage for psychological services. Many extended health plans will cover from $800 - $5000 per year for psychological assessment services. Be sure to confirm that they cover assessment costs and check if they have any hourly or daily/per session billing amount limits. We do not bill insurance companies directly - it is the clients’ responsibility to submit their receipts for reimbursement.
Yes. Your Secondary Responder can submit the receipt associated with their 2hour interview session to their own insurance provider under their name.
